OTC Benefits Now Easier Online

Eligible Medicare Advantage and Medicaid shoppers can now use OTC network cards on Amazon.com and Amazon Fresh for health, wellness, and select grocery purchases.
The update let qualifying customers order essential items from home while using their OTC benefits card as a payment method online.
To use the benefit, shoppers added their OTC card to their account wallet and checked whether Amazon was in their plan’s approved retailer network.
Eligible products were marked with an OTC benefits badge, and shoppers could filter search results to show only qualifying items.
The process was simple: add the card, browse eligible items, look for the label, then pay with the benefit card at checkout.
